MAPS testing took place Tuesday 8/22 and Thursday 8/24. for Tuesday and Thursday was 1st period 8:40-9:40, testing window 9:46-11:46, lunch 11:46-12:16, 2nd period 12:22-1:21,3rd period 4th period 2:33-3:32. Maps testing is for teachers and administrators to see where you are in reading/math and to put you in the classes you need to succeed. “Maps testing tells teachers where the students are and to see gaps where they need to go back and review,” says Ms. Hunter. MAP testing does not affecteyour chances for going to college. She also says, “It will help [students] figure out what they need to learn so they can excel in their classes to enter college.”
