Cougars Got Talent Takes Center Stage Tonight

Weston Ranch will host its 2nd annual “Cougars Got Talent” showcase tonight at 7 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center.

“We have 14 acts taking the stage tonight,” said Mr. Albala, WR’s Choir Director. “The performers range from singers, dancers, a rock band, and a Jazz combo. The audience should expect a great show.”

“Cougars Got Talent” has been an annual tradition since 2007, interrupted by the Covid shutdowns in 2020-2021. However, the show made its triumphant return to the campus last year. The auditions for this show were held on September 8th and 9th. The whole gist of this Cougar tradition is to promote more school spirit and offer students a chance to see the diverse talent on our campus.

There will be four student judges and awards for the show’s top performances.

The doors for tonight’s show will open at 6:45 and starts at 7 p.m, and admission is free. Refreshments and roses will be available for purchase.
