This Weeks Teacher spotlight is on April West. Ms. West is a campus favorite amongst students here at Weston Ranch, and it is our pleasure to highlight her story this week. Ms. West is a great teacher/coach and is always there for her students if needed.
She began working as a coach here at Weston Ranch in 2007. Her current teaching assignment finds her in the classroom teaching Algebra A & B for IEP students. She graduated from East Union High School and earned a degree in Science and Marketing from CSU Stanislaus. West loves to teach and work with her students daily.
West is also the Head Track and Field coach, as well as the Assistant Cross-Country coach.
West attends night school Tuesdays and Thursdays when not on campus to finish her teaching credentials.
The Prowl wishes to thank Ms. West for spending time with us, and we encourage all students to come out for the track team and say hi to Ms. West.
