GAMING NEWS: E3 is Back

E3 is a gaming event that has been going on since 1995, back when it was called Electronic Entertainment Expo. In 2020, Covid-19 canceled the event, but now it’s back for 2021.

Gaming companies at E3 to present brand new games and sequels include Nintendo, Xbox, Take-Two Interactive, Capcom, Warner Bros. games, and Ubisoft. E3 2021 will begin Saturday, June 12th, and concludes on Tuesday, June 15th.

“We are focused on ensuring that E3 continues to be the most innovative and collaborative event in the video game industry, so enlisting some of the industry’s biggest media partners to help deliver the highly-anticipated news, reveals and more is crucial to a successful showcase,” said Stanley Pierre-Louis, President & CEO of the ESA.

E3 is an exciting event for gamers worldwide with gaming showcases, revelations of multiple games, live streams hosted by Jeff Keeley, and more special guests. It’s all available for free on YouTube, Twitch, and every other big gaming platform.

Recently, SEGA, Activision, and Bandai Namco have joined the list of companies for E3. This is exciting and promises this year’s E3 will probably be the biggest.

Nintendo will have their famous Nintendo Direct, which usually reveals a new 3rd party Smash Ultimate character and will likely announce the new Legend of Zelda: BOTW. People are looking forward to this year’s Nintendo Direct. The Final Fantasy 7 Remake is rumored that after being a PlayStation exclusive for a year and ended earlier this month, it is coming to Xbox game pass, but it’s just a rumor. This has been the biggest news for the gaming community for the past two years.
