Marvel’s Endgame Breaks the Internet

Ever since the conclusion of “Avengers: Infinity War,” Marvel fans have been eagerly awaiting their chance to purchase their tickets to see the next upcoming Avengers film, “Avengers: Endgame.”
Leaving everyone at a huge cliff hanger with the deaths of half of the MCU’s Heroes had fans dying to see how the Avengers would bring back all their fallen teammates. While many fan theories arose once the previous film had concluded, no one could have possibly predicted the pre-sale ticket dilemma “Endgame” has caused.

“Avengers: Endgame,” which is set to hit theaters on April 26th, 2019, has smashed pre-movie ticket purchase records within just a few hours after tickets became available. On April 2nd, 2019, ticket purchasing websites had officially become open to the sale of “Endgame” tickets, and only hours after being announced websites began crashing due to insane amounts of fans attempting to purchase tickets at the same time. Many fans were left angry and frustrated with these crashes.
During this ticket-buying frenzy, however, “Endgame” has officially broken the record for most 1st-day ticket sales in cinematic history (previously held by the 2015 film “The Force Awakens”). In only a mere 6 hours after they became available, ticket sales activity was brisk and headed towards a record. While this is good for production companies, it’s not good for fans as they spent the day frustrated with the process.

Now, on day two of the “Ticket War,” people are scampering to purchase their tickets from many websites and apps, ranging from Fandango, to Atom, and AMC, all in hopes of being one of the first to watch the film on premiere day.

Good luck to all Marvel Fans still attempting to purchase their tickets. With great power comes great responsibility, so let’s hope Marvel exceeds expectations and rewards fans for their dedication and diligence. Excelsior! (source for data provided by foxnews.com)
