At about 2:26 on May 17, a car crashed into the northern chain-link fence long the 200-wing of classrooms at Weston Ranch High School. No one was seriously hurt.

Nearby students described the sound of the impact as that of two cars hitting one another.

The black Pontiac Grand Prix GT car veered over the sidewalk and ripped off sections of the front driver’s side exterior before it stopped on the well-manicured lawn. A tow car later arrived to remove the vehicle. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
