The Weston Ranch High School’s Visual and Performing Arts Department hosted a “Winter Evening of the Arts” last night in the school Theatre.

Doors opened for the various genres of art to be displayed from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. At 6:00 p.m., the theater classes performed in the black box theater. The band and choir combined to present from 7:00-8:30 p.m.

The top pieces of visual art will be submitted to the Manteca Unified District Art Show in the spring. Select pieces will also be forwarded to the 89th Annual Robert T. McKee Student Art Exhibition at the Haggin Museum in February.

VAPA Department Chair Bonnie Stogner said, “We were so excited to bring back WRHS’s Winter Evening of the Arts! Tonight was a great opportunity to showcase the amazing talents of our visual art and performing art students”.
